1. Giới thiệu Accura 3700 Rootech

Accura 3700 là dòng đồng hồ đo điện năng kỹ thuật số cao cấp, được thiết kế chuyên biệt cho việc quản lý và giám sát hệ thống điện trong các tủ bảng điện hạ thế và trung thế. Với sự kết hợp hoàn hảo giữa độ chính xác cao và khả năng truyền thông linh hoạt, thiết bị này đóng vai trò là "mắt thần" giúp các kỹ sư vận hành nắm bắt mọi biến động của dòng điện theo thời gian thực.

Sản phẩm nổi bật với thiết kế hiện đại, màn hình LCD sắc nét và khả năng tích hợp dễ dàng vào các hệ thống quản lý năng lượng (EMS) hoặc hệ thống SCADA.

2. Đặc trưng nổi bật

Accura 3700 không chỉ là một chiếc đồng hồ đo thông thường mà sở hữu những đặc tính kỹ thuật vượt trội:

• Độ chính xác cực cao: Thiết bị đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn IEC 62053-22 Class 0.5S cho phép đo điện năng hữu công, đảm bảo số liệu tin cậy cho việc thanh toán nội bộ hoặc phân tích hiệu suất.
• Phân tích chất lượng điện năng: Ngoài các thông số cơ bản, máy còn có khả năng đo lường sóng hài (THD) lên đến bậc 31, giúp phát hiện sớm các nguy cơ gây hỏng hóc thiết bị do nhiễu điện.
• Giao diện thân thiện: Màn hình hiển thị đa dòng cùng các phím bấm mềm giúp việc cấu hình tại chỗ trở nên đơn giản mà không cần phần mềm phức tạp.
• Thiết kế bền bỉ: Vỏ ngoài chắc chắn, khả năng chống nhiễu điện từ (EMC) tốt, phù hợp với môi trường công nghiệp khắc nghiệt.

3. Thông số kỹ thuật chính

Để hiểu rõ hơn về khả năng vận hành, dưới đây là các thông số kỹ thuật trọng tâm:

• Nguồn cấp: Hỗ trợ dải điện áp rộng, thường từ 85 đến 265V AC/DC, giúp thiết bị hoạt động ổn định trong nhiều điều kiện lưới điện.
• Đầu vào đo lường: Chấp nhận dòng định mức qua CT (biến dòng) 5A hoặc 1A và điện áp dây lên đến 600V AC.
• Thông số đo: Bao gồm V, A, Hz, kW, kVA, kVAR, hệ số công suất (PF), và điện năng tiêu thụ (kWh).
• Cổng truyền thông: Tích hợp sẵn cổng RS-485 với giao thức Modbus RTU phổ biến, cho phép kết nối mạng tốc độ cao.
• Tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ: Mặt trước đạt chuẩn IP52, bảo vệ thiết bị khỏi bụi và độ ẩm xâm nhập.

4. Ứng dụng 

Accura 3700 là lựa chọn hàng đầu trong các dự án đòi hỏi sự khắt khe về quản lý năng lượng:

• Tòa nhà thông minh và Trung tâm dữ liệu: Giám sát điện năng tiêu thụ chi tiết từng tầng hoặc từng hàng rack server để tối ưu hóa chi phí vận hành.
• Nhà máy sản xuất: Theo dõi tải của các động cơ lớn, phát hiện lệch pha hoặc quá tải để ngăn chặn sự cố dừng máy đột ngột.
• Hệ thống tủ bảng điện: Lắp đặt tại các tủ tổng (MSB) hoặc tủ nhánh để thu thập dữ liệu điện năng tập trung.
• Năng lượng tái tạo: Giám sát sản lượng điện từ các hệ thống điện mặt trời áp mái trước khi hòa lưới.
