1. Giới thiệu về FH-10-6001 Saimo

FH-10-6001 là một trong những bộ điều khiển trọng lượng (Weight Controller) và hiển thị tốc độ dòng chảy hàng đầu của thương hiệu Saimo. Thiết bị này đóng vai trò là "bộ não" trung tâm trong các hệ thống cân băng tải và cân định lượng.

Được thiết kế để hoạt động trong các môi trường công nghiệp khắc nghiệt, FH-10-6001 chịu trách nhiệm thu thập tín hiệu từ cảm biến lực (load cell) và cảm biến tốc độ, sau đó xử lý dữ liệu để cung cấp thông tin chính xác về khối lượng vật liệu đang di chuyển trên băng chuyền theo thời gian thực.

• Tín hiệu đầu vào: Nhận tín hiệu từ Load cell (mV) và cảm biến tốc độ (Pulse).
• Đầu ra điều khiển: Cung cấp đầu ra analog (4-20mA) để điều chỉnh biến tần hoặc gửi dữ liệu về PLC.
• Màn hình: Hiển thị lưu lượng tức thời (t/h), tổng khối lượng tích lũy (t) và tốc độ băng tải (m/s).
• Nhiệt độ hoạt động: Hoạt động ổn định trong khoảng từ -10°C đến +50°C.
• Cổng truyền thông: Hỗ trợ giao thức RS232 hoặc RS485 (tùy chọn Modbus).

FH-10-6001 Saimo là giải pháp không thể thiếu trong các dây chuyền sản xuất cần kiểm soát lưu lượng vật liệu rời:

• Ngành khai thác: Đo lường sản lượng than, quặng đá và khoáng sản trên băng tải từ hầm mỏ ra bãi chứa.
• Sản xuất vật liệu xây dựng: Kiểm soát tỷ lệ phối trộn các thành phần trong dây chuyền sản xuất xi măng, gạch men.
• Ngành năng lượng: Giám sát lượng nhiên liệu đầu vào cho các lò hơi trong nhà máy nhiệt điện.
• Sản xuất phân bón và hóa chất: Đảm bảo độ chính xác trong quá trình đóng gói và vận chuyển nguyên liệu thô.
