1. Giới thiệu về FLEXY20500_00MA Ewon HMS

Ewon Flexy 205 là một Gateway IIoT và bộ định tuyến truy cập từ xa (Remote Access Router) chuyên dụng, được thiết kế để đáp ứng các nhu cầu khắt khe của các nhà chế tạo máy (OEM) và tích hợp hệ thống.

Khác với các dòng router thông thường, Flexy 205 cho phép bạn không chỉ kết nối từ xa để bảo trì máy lỗi mà còn có khả năng thu thập dữ liệu (Data Acquisition) từ các thiết bị hiện trường để phục vụ phân tích, giám sát trạng thái và tối ưu hóa vận hành.

2. Đặc trưng nổi bật

Sức mạnh của FLEXY20500_00MA nằm ở sự linh hoạt tối đa với các đặc điểm:

• Thiết kế dạng mô-đun: Máy có 2 khe cắm mở rộng, cho phép bạn tùy chỉnh các kết nối vật lý như WiFi, 4G, Serial, hoặc cổng Ethernet bổ sung tùy theo nhu cầu thực tế.
• Hỗ trợ đa giao thức: Khả năng giao tiếp "thông thạo" với hầu hết các dòng PLC phổ biến trên thị trường (Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, v.v.).
• Bảo mật cấp độ doanh nghiệp: Tích hợp các chứng chỉ bảo mật cao nhất, hỗ trợ VPN thông qua dịch vụ đám mây Talk2M miễn phí của HMS.
• Khả năng lập trình: Hỗ trợ BASIC scripting hoặc JAVA để xử lý dữ liệu tại biên (Edge Computing), giúp lọc và chuẩn hóa dữ liệu trước khi gửi lên Cloud.

• Cảnh báo: Hỗ trợ gửi cảnh báo qua Email hoặc SMS ngay khi có sự cố xảy ra.
• Khe cắm thẻ nhớ: Hỗ trợ thẻ SD để mở rộng bộ nhớ hoặc cập nhật cấu hình nhanh.

Ewon Flexy 205 là công cụ đắc lực trong nhiều kịch bản công nghiệp 4.0:

• Truy cập từ xa (Remote Access): Kỹ sư có thể kết nối với PLC/HMI từ bất cứ đâu để chẩn đoán lỗi, lập trình lại mà không cần có mặt tại nhà máy, giúp tiết kiệm chi phí đi lại.
• Giám sát hiệu suất (KPI): Thu thập dữ liệu từ máy móc để tính toán chỉ số OEE (hiệu suất thiết bị tổng thể) và hiển thị lên Dashboard trực quan.
• Bảo trì dự báo (Predictive Maintenance): Theo dõi các thông số như nhiệt độ, độ rung để đưa ra cảnh báo trước khi máy hỏng hóc thực sự.
• Kết nối Cloud: Đóng vai trò là cầu nối đưa dữ liệu từ tầng sản xuất (OT) lên các nền tảng điện toán đám mây (IT) như Azure, AWS hoặc MindSphere.
