1. Giới thiệu LLT3000-100 MICRO-EPSILON

LLT3000-100 là cảm biến laser profile dòng scanCONTROL từ Micro-Epsilon. Thiết bị này thuộc thế hệ cảm biến quét laser hiện đại hàng đầu thế giới. Sản phẩm chuyên dùng để đo biên dạng và các kích thước hình học 2D/3D.

Cảm biến kết hợp giữa hiệu năng cực cao và kích thước vô cùng nhỏ gọn. Đây là giải pháp lý tưởng cho các ứng dụng đo lường tự động hóa công nghiệp. LLT3000-100 mang đến độ chính xác tuyệt đối ngay cả khi đo ở tốc độ cao.

2. Đặc trưng

Dòng máy này sở hữu bộ xử lý mạnh mẽ tích hợp ngay bên trong đầu cảm biến. Nó có khả năng tự động điều chỉnh độ phơi sáng để thích nghi với bề mặt đo. Nhờ đó, cảm biến hoạt động tốt trên cả các vật liệu bóng loáng hoặc tối màu.

• Công nghệ Blue Laser giúp tín hiệu ổn định trên các vật liệu nóng chảy.

• Kết nối dễ dàng qua các cổng giao tiếp tiêu chuẩn hiện nay.
• Phần mềm đi kèm cho phép cấu hình và phân tích dữ liệu trực quan.

3. Thông số kỹ thuật

Thiết bị cung cấp khả năng đo lường với độ phân giải cực cao trên dải đo.

• Dải đo theo trục Z đạt mức 100 mm cho độ bao phủ tốt.
• Khoảng cách bắt đầu đo tính từ đầu cảm biến là 190 mm.
• Độ phân giải trục X đạt tới 1280 điểm trên mỗi profile đo được.
• Tần số quét profile tối đa lên đến 10.000 Hz cực kỳ ấn tượng.
• Nguồn sáng sử dụng Laser Class 2 với bước sóng ánh sáng đỏ hoặc xanh.
• Giao diện kết nối chính thông qua cổng Ethernet hoặc RS422 linh hoạt.
• Cấp bảo vệ IP67 giúp thiết bị hoạt động ổn định trong bụi và nước.

4. Ứng dụng

LLT3000-100 được tin dùng trong nhiều ngành công nghiệp mũi nhọn trên toàn cầu. Khả năng tùy biến cao giúp nó giải quyết các bài toán kiểm tra chất lượng phức tạp.

• Kiểm tra khe hở và độ phẳng trong lắp ráp linh kiện ô tô.
• Đo biên dạng mối hàn để đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cơ khí.
• Xác định vị trí và hướng của linh kiện trong robot gắp nhả.
• Kiểm tra độ dày và hình dạng của các loại lốp xe cao su.
• Giám sát bề mặt sản phẩm trong quá trình cán thép hoặc sản xuất gỗ.
• Phát hiện các lỗi nhỏ trên bề mặt bảng mạch điện tử tinh vi.
