1. Giới thiệu PD-12A-N-F1 New Cosmos

PD-12A-N-F1 là dòng đầu dò khí độc và khí cháy loại hút (suction type) hiệu suất cao đến từ thương hiệu danh tiếng New Cosmos Electric. Thiết bị này được thiết kế chuyên biệt để phát hiện các loại khí đặc thù trong ngành công nghiệp bán dẫn, sản xuất màn hình LCD và các môi trường đòi hỏi sự giám sát nghiêm ngặt về nồng độ khí.

Điểm nổi bật của model này là cấu trúc Plug-in, cho phép bảo trì và thay thế cảm biến cực kỳ nhanh chóng mà không cần đấu nối lại dây phức tạp, giúp giảm thiểu thời gian gián đoạn hệ thống.

Sản phẩm sở hữu những ưu điểm vượt trội giúp nó trở thành tiêu chuẩn trong các nhà máy công nghệ cao:

• Dễ dàng bảo trì: Nhờ thiết kế mô-đun, việc thay thế cảm biến và màng lọc (filter) trở nên đơn giản hơn bao giờ hết, giúp tối ưu chi phí vận hành.
• Độ tin cậy cao: Sử dụng công nghệ cảm biến điện hóa hoặc nhiệt xúc tác tiên tiến, giảm thiểu tối đa tình trạng báo động giả do tác động của nhiệt độ hoặc độ ẩm môi trường.

3. Thông số kỹ thuật 

Dù có thiết kế nhỏ gọn, PD-12A-N-F1 sở hữu các thông số kỹ thuật ấn tượng:

• Phương thức lấy mẫu: Hút cưỡng bức (Extractive type).
• Tín hiệu đầu ra: Analog 4-20mA DC, cho phép kết nối linh hoạt với PLC hoặc hệ thống điều khiển trung tâm.
• Màn hình hiển thị: Digital LCD (4 chữ số) có đèn nền, hiển thị trạng thái lỗi và nồng độ khí.
• Nguồn điện: 24V DC.
• Nhiệt độ vận hành: Từ 0°C đến 40°C.
• Trọng lượng: Khoảng 0.9kg đến 1.2kg tùy phiên bản.
• Đèn chỉ báo: Đèn LED thông báo trạng thái hoạt động (Power), báo động (Alarm) và lỗi (Trouble).

4. Ứng dụng 

Nhờ khả năng phát hiện chính xác các loại khí như Arsine (AsH3), Phosphine (PH3), Silane (SiH4) và nhiều loại khí độc khác, PD-12A-N-F1 được tin dùng trong các lĩnh vực:

• Sản xuất bán dẫn & Vi mạch: Giám sát rò rỉ khí trong các buồng CVD, Etching và hệ thống cung cấp khí đặc chủng.
• Sản xuất Pin năng lượng mặt trời: Kiểm soát nồng độ các loại khí dễ cháy nổ và độc hại phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.
• Phòng thí nghiệm R&D: Đảm bảo an toàn cho nhân viên nghiên cứu khi làm việc với các hóa chất bay hơi.
• Công nghiệp hóa chất: Lắp đặt tại các khu vực lưu trữ bồn chứa khí hóa lỏng để phát hiện sớm sự cố rò rỉ đường ống.
