1. Giới thiệu RFD-3000X Rezontech

RFD-3000X là đầu báo lửa hồng ngoại ba phổ IR3 của Rezontech. Thiết bị được thiết kế cho khu vực nguy hiểm và môi trường công nghiệp khắc nghiệt.

Sản phẩm sử dụng công nghệ Triple IR hiện đại để phát hiện ngọn lửa nhanh chóng. Thiết bị giảm báo động giả hiệu quả trước ánh sáng mặt trời và nguồn nhiệt nhân tạo.

RFD-3000X phù hợp cho ngành dầu khí, hóa chất, năng lượng và kho chứa nhiên liệu. Thiết bị đạt nhiều chứng nhận quốc tế như FM, ATEX và IECEx.

2. Đặc trưng nổi bật

RFD-3000X sử dụng cảm biến đa phổ hồng ngoại IR3 có độ chính xác cao. Thiết bị nhận diện đám cháy từ khoảng cách xa tới 60 mét.

Đầu báo có góc quan sát rộng 90 độ theo chiều ngang và chiều dọc. Điều này giúp tăng khả năng bao phủ khu vực giám sát.

Thiết bị tích hợp tính năng tự chẩn đoán tự động và thủ công. Người dùng dễ dàng kiểm tra trạng thái vận hành của hệ thống.

RFD-3000X hỗ trợ ngõ ra Relay, 4-20mA và RS-485. Thiết bị dễ dàng tích hợp với hệ thống báo cháy công nghiệp.

Vỏ ngoài bằng thép không gỉ 316 giúp chống ăn mòn hiệu quả. Thiết bị hoạt động ổn định trong môi trường bụi và khí dễ cháy.

3. Thông số kỹ thuật

RFD-3000X sử dụng công nghệ phát hiện Triple Infrared IR3. Thiết bị phát hiện cháy n-Heptane trong phạm vi tối đa 60 mét.

Góc nhìn của thiết bị đạt 90 độ theo cả hai hướng. Thời gian phản hồi điển hình khoảng 5 giây.

Nhiệt độ hoạt động từ -40°C đến +75°C. Độ ẩm hoạt động lên tới 95% RH.

Thiết bị sử dụng nguồn cấp DC24V. Công suất tiêu thụ tối đa khoảng 4.5W.

RFD-3000X đạt chuẩn chống cháy nổ Ex d IIB+H2 T5 IP66/IP67. Vỏ thiết bị làm từ thép không gỉ 316 chắc chắn.

4. Ứng dụng

RFD-3000X được sử dụng rộng rãi trong nhà máy dầu khí và hóa dầu. Thiết bị phù hợp cho khu vực có nguy cơ cháy nổ cao.

Sản phẩm còn được ứng dụng tại kho nhiên liệu và trạm nạp khí gas. Thiết bị hỗ trợ phát hiện cháy nhanh trong môi trường nguy hiểm.

Ngoài ra, RFD-3000X phù hợp cho nhà máy điện và khu công nghiệp nặng. Thiết bị giúp tăng độ an toàn cho hệ thống vận hành.

Đầu báo cũng được sử dụng trong ngành bán dẫn và lưu trữ năng lượng. Khả năng chống báo giả giúp hệ thống hoạt động ổn định hơn.
